How is pricing calculated?
Photos are priced by the home's square footage — $200 up to 1,500 sq.ft., scaling up to $425 for the largest homes. The 3D tour ($100) and floor plan ($50) are flat-rate for any size. Bundle all three for $300 on homes up to 1,500 sq.ft. and save.
How fast do I get the photos?
The next morning, by 9 AM. If you shoot before noon and need it same-day, ask — I can usually do it for a small rush fee.
Do I have to be at the property?
No. Most agents send me a lockbox code or have the seller let me in. I send a text when I arrive and again when I leave.
Do you travel outside Coconut Creek?
Yes. Free travel within 30 miles. Beyond that, a small travel fee — quoted upfront.
How do I pay?
Zelle, Venmo, credit card, or check. Payment due when files are delivered.
