How is pricing calculated?
Photos are priced by the home's square footage — $200 up to 1,500 sq.ft., scaling up to $425 for the largest homes. The 3D tour (from $100) and floor plan (from $50) are also priced by home size and can be added to any photo shoot.
How fast do I get the photos?
Within 24–48 hours. If you need it faster, ask — I can usually do it for a small rush fee.
Do I have to be at the property?
No. Most agents send me a lockbox code or have the seller let me in. I send a text when I arrive and again when I leave.
Do you travel outside Coconut Creek?
Yes. Free travel within 30 miles. Beyond that, a small travel fee — quoted upfront.
How do I pay?
Zelle, Venmo, credit card, or check. Payment due when files are delivered.
