Why drone matters

The view buyers always want to see.

Drone photos do something ground photos can't: they show the whole picture. The lot size. The pool. The water. How close it is to the beach. Listings with aerial photos consistently get more online attention.

Every drone shoot includes:

  • — A wide shot showing the home in context of the neighborhood
  • — Close overheads of the lot, pool and backyard
  • — Angle shots from 100–200 ft showing roof and exterior
  • — Any water view, golf course, or nearby amenity
Important

Flown legally.

Not every drone operator is licensed. Many fly commercially without the proper certification — which means if the FAA notices, the photos can't be used. Worse, the agent listing the home can be liable.

01

FAA Part 107 certified

I'm officially licensed to fly drones for commercial purposes. The certificate is required by federal law for any paid drone work.

02

Insured

$1M liability insurance per shoot. Protects the property, the seller, and you.

03

Airspace-aware

I check airspace before every flight. South Florida has restricted zones near airports — I know them.
